RETURNS
A product doesn't suit you or you've changed your mind? You have 14 days after receiving the order to return it.
To make your return, please use the return form.
A product returned without its label still attached and its original packaging cannot be accepted by our services and will be charged to you.
Returns are offered in France only in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months: take advantage of free returns in exchange for a voucher. Please note that this method of refund is final and cannot be changed.
If you choose a standard refund when returning your item, a contribution will be deducted from this refund. The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Countries outside of France must pay their own return shipping costs by requesting the procedure via our contact form. Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany & the Netherlands must pay a fee for the generation of their return label.
*Chronopost Express orders placed before 10.00 am (Paris time) are dispatched the same day. After this time, they are processed within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). As there is no delivery service on Saturdays, please place your order by 10.00 on Thursday to ensure delivery before the weekend.
** European countries served are: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Andorra, Sweden & Switzerland.
**Countries served internationally are: Canada, United States, Japan & Switzerland. These countries are subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
